Benjamin Boone Confluence Band

American saxophonist and composer Benjamin Boone’s Boone, a Professor of Music at California State University Fresno, came to collaborate with this all-star band of John Daly (drums), Joe O’Callaghan (guitar), Dan Bodwell (bass) and JaYne (voice) while serving a U.S. Fulbright Scholar at the University of Limerick’s Irish World Academy of Music and Dance in 2022-23. This show features tunes created for the newly recorded album Confluence : including “The Clash of the Ash,” “She Moved Through the Fair,” and “On the Banks of the Shannon,”and other great new compositions. "This was a fun project and we had such a great time recording these original tracks so do come and hear the finished product”. CD will be on sale on the night.
